  • @HomeGymFitness I go all out on every set but when i get to the 3rd or 4th set I have nothing left should i go down in weight or rest more ? or does it just take time until you are used to it

  • dude, that's a whole lot of grunting there bro.

    I'm pretty lucky because most of the time I'm the only one at my gym, and so I can grunt as loud as I want.

    I don't care what people say, I'm convinced that grunting helps me lift heavier.
