i didnt know dirtbikes have seizures like people....... this guys a fucking retard

when im on my pibike (i know theyre teribble) when im coming up to a corner and i change down a gear the bike slows down a lot and skids as if im pulling the back brake really tight, i asked someone why this happens and they said that it happens if your going too fast when you change down, but even if i slow down soo much that im practically not moving the bike will still skid =(
please can someone tell me what is wrong or how to fix/prevent it.

i never take of slow i usally just let it out fast and gas it to kepp the engine revs up to keep going
