  • Why did you set you Scale and Falloff to 20m/20%? What's their purpose?

    How big is your object?

    Could you explain these so I could correlate/translate them to my shield?

  • Setting the Scale and Falloff will change the size of the effect and how smoothly the effect falls off to nothing. The size depends on the object size and scene size. Your best bet is to turn on VIPER to interactively see the effect rendered, then change these values until you get something that looks good.

  • is it possible to have this effect in the blender game engine? if so can you make a tutorial on how to do it? great tutorial btw

  • I don't know any way to do this in the Blender game engine yet, but I will look into it.
