Actually I erased my message because I thought I goofed by addressing "Merkabastar" as ignorant and a dumb ass. I apologize for deleting the message.

@Theholybeast8642 Your comment was so stupid you decided to erase it! Awesome! haha. Yea maybe for you head strong power lifting dudes. Hell you'll do anything. Otherwise, it's not needed. End of story.

Typo sorry...why is there always some ignorant dumb ass on these posts that thinks they know everything about working out all the while they probably look like shit. I am talking to the genius who believes the Reverse Hyper is "unneeded" and we are "bravo shit" for using it.
-
where can I get the plans for this?
-
@kabuki07 The Reverse Hyper in general. Thus, the equipment SURELY is unneeded. But you know most men, they have to incorporate some bravo shit into their workout.
While this is a novel idea, isn't it a pain if you wanted to take it off to do your bench presses or squats? How long does it take to set it up or do you just simply do Reverse Hypers on this rack only?

@MMAbadboy I had a couple years of very limited space. It was either this or to not have a reverse hyper. Took about 90 seconds to setup/breakdwon and it folded up against the wall when not in use. Took no longer than seting up rack to bench or squat in. Great application if you have a very tiney space. All my equipment is stand alone now...but I have 4000+sqft gym now as well :-)

A very incredible, imaginative concept for doing something totally unneeded. Congratulations!

@MerkabaStar Are you reffering to the Reverse Hyper as being unneeded or it being rack mounted being unneeded. Wonderfully insightfull input.

Man what a great homemade piece of equipment. I see a project in my future

@basskiller101. Its easy enough. Just look at some pics of a reverse hyper and take a couple dimensions off your rack then sketch something up. Thats all that was done here, no prints or anything needed.
