OK basically this is liquid organic vitamins and fiber....Cal Mag....and L-tryptophate. Go to GNC and get them at 80% off of what they charge you for the purdy bottle and etc. Whether they will actually help you lose weight is another question, I'm not sure of the answer. However I notice neither Kirstie or Jennifer are doing any big reveals. Why can't they use it and make sure it works FIRST...and THEN sell the stuff?

I don't really get why you need to fork out money to Kirstie Alley to count calories -- there are a lot of great FREE sites like fitday.com that will help you journal & automatically do all the food counts from the foods you enter.
