  • it's fascinating to see that even when other bodybuilders have a similar bf %, the pronouncement of your muscles are significantly more defined and angular; resulting in the most incredible physique I've ever seen. victor, do you attribute these qualities to your particular training methods? (i.e. using "manageable weights", mind-muscle connection, etc, rather than using exceptionally heavy weights) or is it the matter of finding the proper techniques and exercises to "mold" the muscles?

  • @AvidHobbyist I attribute it to a lifestyle and diet that keeps me lean continuously. What one is praised for in society is criticized in competition.I am natural , so there is no water retention ever and there is no off season. The angular look is a result of being natural. As compared to drugged bodybuilders who look full all the time. I attribute it to a certain lifestyle and strict training.I don't think it is better looking per se than other physiques but just a consequence of my lifestyle.

  • Hi Vic. Are you familiar with Scooby on YouTube? I was curious what your thoughts are about his bodybuilding because you both seem to have very similar outlooks on bodybuilding. And i have great respect for you both. Like you said, we're all in this sport as a family.

  • @Univox68 I actually think Scooby is cool.

I will be the first to say- I enjoy his wit. He is a good communicator, seems to have a gentle spirit as well. I think he does a good job. He also seems like a gentleman.

Anything you put in your body has an affect on you. There are positives and negatives. So simple. Put more positives in, bette results out. I eat nothing different per body part if that's what you are asking. Do you mean- do I eat fish on triceps day or chicken on biceps day. No. But I'm diggin this - you may be onto something. I love your creativity - but no. Eat same for all body parts. Peace, and Love Vic

  • i usually follow my own regimen since it works well for me, but i still find myself watching your videos just for kicks on the side. Just wanted to say, you're good at what you do. very informative and you keep it from being dull.

  • @BoneCrusherJiuJitsu I like the rep range of 9 to 13-

13 with lighter weight and 9 with a bit heavier. About 5 sets as well. Peace, Vic

  • @vicsnatural and about how many reps?? and by the way your triceps are very nice and sharp looking

  • @BoneCrusherJiuJitsu

2 lighter sets to begin just to get the feel of the movement and warm up the body- 5 total sets or attempts. Vic

  • how many sets reps warm up or finishing up???

  • it's good to know that I was on the right track with my workout routines and forms. thanks
