i think they both have the same features, the interface is a bit different as you can see FAVS is last and some parts of the menu is blue instead of yellow. But i think that bell one is better,i do like them better than sprint even if they are different.

What features does the Bell version of the Instinct lack that the Sprint one has? Also, what isn't included in the box that is included in the Sprint version? Thanks.

The way I see it is that I have a nice t.v. to watch movies on, and a mac computer to watch youtube. The phone works nicely for me, what else does telus have that is close?

I got this phone about 2 weeks ago, and it sucks .. You can't set up an email account that's not a bell or hotmail account, doesn't sync with mac , horrible browser that won't even open a yahoo page.. you tube loads the mobile page.. and won't load videos half the time.. I hate this phone..

okay so the TELUS version of the phone has a TELUS music player. What does the BELL mp3 player look like? is it like the US version, or BELL's own version? and does the BELL come with a CD? cuz the TELUS version DOES NOT. THANKS!!! PLEASE REPLY :)

Telus version DOES NOT HAVE YOUTUBE doesn't side load the video's. I called there tech support and it doesn't sound like they plan on fixing that. Also it doesn't set up as a mass storage device and it doesn't allow you to do file transfers from computer to phone via USB cable. If you are a telus customer and are interested in this phone... don't. Wait a and see if they are going to fix these obvious failings compared to the us carriers.

I have the Instinct from Telus and youtube doesn't even work on it. Sideloaded videos are a b**ch to try and get to work as well. Telus pretty much screwed the the Instinct. It doesn't surprise me though.

I just got the Instinct today and it's excellent, there are a few things that are not fine tuned, eg. Slow response from the touchscreen sometimes, web browser sucks, the telus music player is simple and the word selecting is quite small for a finger. There are some pros, texting is easy and fast, the phone works with ease, speak to action is easy and doesn't need a hand think manual to work the thing. Overall it's a good phone and a telus/bell solution to the iphone rogers offers in canada.
