@xeoan35 Hello there i too am a practioneer of taekwondo and have also come across this problem when i first started the way around it is too mix both styles to together but more importantly you must go to the head as the fights are now carried out on ebp (electronic body pads) this makes it very hard to score on the body and i have found that kicking to the head is so much easier and works for you in many different ways

Karate is just as good!! I take it and can do all those kicks!! And i compete in fighting and have beat many taekwondo fighters... The 2 are very similar!!!

@proffesor98 Its probably the most power to contact point ratio that the human body can generate... combining speed, rotation, bodyweight, And a small contact point. Its TKDs most lethal attack. O:
