My First Out of Body Experience OBE

Out of body experience, OBE or OOBE, can occur naturally and spontaneously during sleep. This is the story of my first out of body experience (OOBE / OBE) which occurred when I was 10 years old.

This OOBE inspired me to look deeply into the nature of our perception of "reality" and spurred on my interest in human potential, psychology and behavior. You can learn how to produce this state of consciousness - OBE / OOBE - Out of body experience, at will.

if anybody's gonna read this i had an obe and i looked in the mirror and looked at my eyes but werent human eyes it was nothing but patterns of different types of light flowing through my eye balls like light waves it was amazing cause i was looking at the light that was within me

..only half in from the back and was watching myself sleep from the outside..it was 'weird'. I remember trying to push myself back in but couldn't and was worried I was gonna die so I thought 'relax' I'll go in naturally and I did!

Another one I floated through the flooboards above in to the bathroom and found something under the table I'd been looking for as I was looking from a different angle. Wish I had the courage to shoot off like u tho. Thanx for sharing. : )

Hi thanx for this. I had a great one nearly 30 years a go and still remember it vividly. I came up to the vertical from my body and was under my lamp shade just going round looking up at it in detail. I then realized I was having an oobe and thought to myself..well I wanna shoot off somewhere else but then remembered my body was behind me and I got scared to see my body there so automatically went 'kind' of back to my body..but the scarey thing was that I wasn't completely in my body so.....
