This is for keeping the freewaytraffic out of the city area's or villages where the people live.
Their are a lot of freeways along places where people drive off the freeway when there is trafficjam. But some stuppids don't have eyes and don,t wait and like to have the car repaired!

I LOVE these things!!! Wish we had them in Canada! You run red light - you smash own car not kill other people! I tell ya... having these all over the place would make more people pay attention thats for sure! lol
