thanx moheka30: i didnt know Taniwha Rau had put the actions to this. Thanx for that piece of knowledge. I also found out that this Haka was composed by Te Rauparaha of Ngati Toa, Ngati Raukawa. I learnt this at hato petera but had no korero behind it which i am now gathering as much info on it as possible..the translation of this is prety harty alright.. if you are able to share any more insights that would be awesome. if your able to. @temanaia kia ora e hoa, the author of this haka is unknown, the actions were put together by Taniwha Rau Kapa Haka for the Polynesian (now Matatini) festival in Hastings in the 1980's. The haka used to be performed as a ngeri with no actions.
