  • @eattheiryoung the hype is the best way to know the truth

    hype is=soy cures cancer=it is a not true

  • @TheSUBGAMER Really, that's weird because when I was in Japan there was ton of tofu based meals on offer, that and seafood seamed to be the staple, guess that's just my perspective though. Don't just assume that because my opinion is different to yours that I'm ill informed. I have seen a lot of negative press related to soy due high concentration of Phytoestrogens and their alleged cancer promoting qualities I like to stay informed, I just don't believe the hype.

  • Since carbohydrates, quantitatively speaking, are the greatest nutrient need we humans have, it follows that fruits, loaded with sugars, should comprise the bulk of our diet. Fruits, besides being replete with ample carbohydrates, have relatively small amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals—in just the right amounts for the specific needs of humans. If (anything other than fruits are eaten, it should be small amounts of nonsweet fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts.

  • @xJustynLx soy is good for you my son,i hope you use it in large amounts -)

  • @TheSUBGAMER

    Oh yes, I feel the tofu shutting my system down...

  • @eattheiryoung lol,son in Japan they use soy as a fermented spice in very small quantities,dont talk about stuff you know nothing about sonny

    read some more kid

    soy=poison=fact

    peace

  • @TheSUBGAMER Actually i read on a blog that he doesn't really eat much soy, but as he puts it it's not because he subscribes to the ridiculous notion that soy is bad for you. I submit that GMO soy or anything genetically modified is bad for you but c'mon a lot of asian cultures have lived off soy for hundreds of years, along with fish/rice it's a staple in Japanese cooking (or not cooking heh) you just need to eat a balanced diet, vegan or not.

  • Sorry for the loss-very close one to Matt Wiman. I think it could have went either way, draw! The first was bs, horrible ref not choked that loss should come off your record. Maybe you will get it back. 2 bs losses to Matt is wrong to your record bro. At least you got fight of the night award like the KO of the night to Joe Stevenson, great LW division, how about 145? Quick recovery! Vegan vs Cowboy. Mac would be fine on the feet with anyone, solid on the ground so could definetly win it.

  • Mac just lost a close fight, but is still top 15-20 and has been close to beating top 5 guys. Actually they both got fight of the night bonuses of $75k for a competitive/good match. The scorecards had it 2 rounds to 1. This is after Matt dominate Cole Miller and had Dennis Siver who was ranked 10-15 a bloody mess. Matt is no joke, near top 10 in a stacked division. Mac has lost a bit but to top fighters like Miller and Guida. Did u see Matts Wimans shorts reads MeetYourMeat dotcom on back lol
