Why does Hot Rod sound like some wannabe Snidely Whiplash? I mean the others at least try to impersonate their characters voices (as awful as it might be), but Piper just sounds like the "HEY EVERYONE I'M THE BAD GUY. MWA-HA-HA-HA!" stereotype.
