The "water jets" bit in the S&S ad really got me wanting one. I thought these little jets propelled you along.

I loved my slip n slid. My sister & I put soap on it so we could go faster. I ended up flying across the lawn into a wall and needed stitches. Ahhh great memories :)

Thanks for posting! I hated slip'n'slide!! I'd get going on that thing and hit a stick, or a pile of poop, or tear my foot on the peg used to hold it down. Terrible idea!

you need so much pressure to get what it looks like on the box for slip and slide then it pisses me off when kids move the slide over. you go too fast and you break the barrier at the end and fly off and hit your head on the grass
