@capfudge Why? Because he was a gun in the cartoon? Why does a handgun exemplify his personality more than a tank, or a helicopter, or a fighter jet? Does it represent his total dependence on others? His lack of commanding presence? His constant defiance of the laws of conservation of mass? His inexplicable tendency to hand himself to Starscream, who himself can't shoot to save his life?
