Is it possible to add a photo on layer 1, and add another photo on layer 2 and erase parts of layer 2 so you can see layer 1? and if so, how do i do that?

You need to use layer masks. Do a YouTube search for

Can u like combine layers this is made up but anyway if I drew something I can combine let's say layer 1&2 so I can move the WHOLE drawing around?

How do you add pictures to layers? Like if I already have a picture for background, how do I add a picture to Layer 1?

this is exactly what i have been searching for, someone who can explain and show without moving so fast. other tutorials assume that we know the tools and keys which is soooo frustrating for someone who is trying to learn from the beginning! I also like how you zoomed in to show the layer box etc... well done!
