THIS HURTS!
What hurts...: Inside of right shoulder.
How you hurt it...: Doing bench press with too much weight and probably poor form.
When you hurt it...: About 6 months ago.
Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): The resting pain level is about 3.
Your age and overall health...: 34 years old and healthy.
Any other information you feel is relevant...: I went to an orthopedic doctor and I had x-rays and an MRI made. The doctor said that I have no torn structures but I have an AC joint change which is not uncommon with weight lifters. [MRI report] I have been doing some stretching and it seems to alleviate the symptoms and increase the range of motion.

This helped me. I wasn't aware I had bad posture until I watched this video and then watched my self in the mirror while lifting weights. It was heart breaking to go backwards and lift light weights but I stuck with it and it defiantly straightened me out and now my shoulder is stronger than ever.
