I have been to Punsan. Yes We Call It Korean BBQ So To Americans, Guess What, It's Korean BBQ, And So Do Korean Companies Selling There Bulgogi marinade Sauce Here. It is nothing to jump up and down about. It is a great korean dish regardless.

  • @SuperFifthwheel

    It's Called gochujang bulgogi

gochujang Is A Common Korean Spice Once made at home but now days it is mostly manufactured by Korean spice companies.

  • @KingSparta2 I live in South Korea man. I'm from Punsan and I am not wrong. I am telling you that you are wrong. Go to a cherry boy restraunt they stir fry bulgogi. It is not a BBQ. BBQ is a english term used for a cooking method of Korean stir fry. We dont live in America. Any restraunt here barely ever marinates chicken, they usually have a 1 gallon jug of premixed seasoning and liquid, that they add to the stir fry while it is cooking. (carrots, soy, vinegars, onions, spice).

  • @SuperFifthwheel

I Do Agree Koreans Do Tend To Like There Food Spiced Up A Bit.

Some Recipes For Bulgogi Also Use Fermented Hot Pepper Paste Called "Gochujang"

I Keep Some In My Fridge, And Love It.
