Chaos Dwarf Molten Stronghold

The Chaos Dwarf Molten Stronghold is a fortress built into the volcanic mountain. Built by slaves, under the whip of Chaos Dwarf Gaolers, a combination of architectural brilliance and chaotic magics, allows this structure to survive the ages.

This was built for the miniwargaming terrain making contest. The entry was started and completed within the month assigned for the contest, except for the figures which are shown for theme and scale only.

It is from the Chronicles of Riddick soundtrack, and I believe entitled "Arrival at Helion" or something similar.

Two things: First, that is absolutely no reason to debase this work. Second, if you want to view videos about a Dwarf Fortress computer game, click videos with titles such as "Dwarf Fortress computer game," not "Chaos Dwarf Molten Stronghold." Doesn't even have the word Fortress in the title. And just because you can't appreciate this particular form of art does not give you reasonable cause to insult it.

Why this does not have a full 5-star rating is beyond me. This is an intensely awesome piece of terrain, and I'm not ashamed to say I covet it! It's slightly modular, to boot. Truly inspirational work.
