  • hey i need a freakin anvil! where did you guys score yers???

  • I bought that thing 15 years ago at a farmers market. It came from China and had some bad stuff on it. I used it too make knives and swords, and the hot metal burned off all the crap. I reccomend checking a welding supply, or a farmers supply store. Look for a solid steel, non-coated, and it will last forever. But, you can do it on the cheap with a chunk of I-Beam, like what they use in skyscrapers. Some yards will give you a scrap chunck for free.

  • how come you just didnt replace the whole grill with a different one or custom one?? or are you keeping the original stock look? you find any used ones or new ones?? they are expensive but might be worth it in some situations like this...

  • New ones can cost up too $800. Joe and I tend too work with what we have, and not tap out. Just because the work is hard, doesn't always mean you should take the easy way out.

  • man that grill was demolished. it looks hard to fix.

  • Ohhhhh yeah...but it teaches good hammer practices.
