Kick drums need heavy compression. Also, put a hipass filter on at around 100hz. Also try boosting 3k and some other hi mids and possibly 10k. This should give you the snappy sound.
Take the reverb off the kicks, it muddies them up, you need them precise and cutting. Everything else is nice. I especially like the toms.

Too soft for metal, IMHO. Compress drums a little, yet hats and cymbals are quite OK. And, yeah, reduce the reverb level a little.
