  • SHUT UR SILLY MOUTH fag uve been lyed to all your life

  • Diabetes type 2 (not type 1) is aggravated by being overweight which leads to insulin resistance, which causes the pancreas to overproduce insulin, not underproduce. It is combated with exercise and weight loss. Refined carbs and sugars are bad, but changing that alone will not help all that much. A person has to control quantity of carbs and exercise or nothing will happen. The unrefined diet he is talking about would have to be basically eating raw to make a difference.
