Brad Sandor of the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colorado, interviewed during a meeting, held at the Paris Observatory, to organise and coordinate different team measurements for the upcoming transit observations.

Apart from observations with instruments on board satellites, the atmosphere of Venus can also be studied from the Earth by astronomers with telescopes.
