  • @ikmultimedia I just bought the software today. The instruments aren't in the sidebard, so I went to the FAQ's on your website. I followed the instructions (I went to preferences and selected instruments), but the instruments still aren't there, and whenever I select them through the drop-down menu, it says "PART 1: Instrument Not Found". Please help.

  • @limeburst1 You must download and install the instruments separately. They come with their own separate installer. This should be in the Installation and Authorization Manual that comes with the product and shows up as a PDF in the same folder as the main installer. If you bought the boxed version you would still need to install the sounds separately. If you still have problems, please contact support and they can help you

  • @ikmultimedia I don't see anything in the PDF pointing to any direction on how to download the sounds

  • @Michael13207 There should be information about installing sounds, the download is more part of the purchase and would be explained there. Please go to Sounds in your User Area and you will see them, If you have further trouble you must contact Tech Support as YouTube comments are not a viable medium for technical support. Thanks

  • Hello. How can I make mi keyboard to control all the loaded instruments at the same time? I`m using a Casio ctk-900

  • @deathinbrasil You can use most MIDI controllers, as long as you are able to connect it to your computer via MIDI interface or similar (depends on the controller). If you need more help, please contact support which is available on our web site or consult your MIDI controller's documentation. Thanks!

  • comments about downloading our software illegally will be deleted (as was the one this was a reply to) and will be reported. I thought this was kind of obvious, but it apparently isn't.

  • i wish you would upload these videos in 480 or 720p so we get higher quality sound. I can't tell how good the samples are when it's so heavily compressed!

  • @ikmultimedia ThAnk you very much

  • @ikmultimedia Thanks, I already solve the problem. I just had to configure the same midi channel on all the instruments.
