i think it's better for the nordics to be elite four so the axis and the allied can be the gym leaders since there are 8 gym leaders and 4 elite fours + the champion so its going to be somthing like this: elite four: 1st iceland type:flying 2nd finland type:ice 3rd sweden type:water 4th denmark type:dark champion norway type: dragon
