July 13 -- The Milwaukee Police Department needs the help of the community in identifying a woman who robbed the Popeye's Chicken at 1567 W. National Avenue.
On July 9, at 10:30 a.m., the suspect, armed with a black revolver, entered the business and handed the cashier a demand note. The woman then left after obtaining money.
The suspect is a white female in her late 20s to early 30s. She is approximately 5'06" and has a medium build. She has a tattoo on her right arm near the wrist. At the time of the robbery, she was wearing a grey t-shirt, grey shorts, and black shoes. She also had brown, shoulder length hair.
