GPS is you quality controlling agent. Nice. Too bad that in developing countries, officials get "threatened" when you tamper with their money making abilities (some illegal) in the timber business.

Great Idea, but I have one question. How are you planning to distribute all that tax money to the land owners when one of the greatest problems of deforestation is caused by the lack of property rights in South America, espcially Brazil, Bolivia and Peru?
only this issue would need a drastic land reform in those countries. And this kind of reform historically have been correlated with socio economic conflicts.
