im building a similar project its a razz with a dio motor in the process of redoing the motor mounte i just changed and modified the handle bars for a arnada headset also im from hawaii an cops dont let us slide dey always trying for pull us ovah my bike elite s was toping 85 with a bulit 72 polini corsa minstroke also nice bikes man

i find it funny how you can ride a moped on the steet and through town without anything registered and you ride a freakin 125 or 250 dirtbike you can get arrested

@QualityAirsoft you have to have a license, a license plate, no insurance. BUT there are NO SPECIFIC SCOOTER LAWS OR SCOOTER TUNING LAWS. NOT IN AMERICA ANYWHERE. The cops really freak if you have expired tabs or no license plate. Instant ticket.
