God eventually will descend down on a cloud & dwell w/ his creation on a renewed planet After the judgement. 1st the Lord will come riding on a swift cloud Isaiah 19:1 picking up believers all over the globe Thess 4:16-18 then chaos will ensure & God will judge the world by giving it over to the anti-christ Isaiah 19:2-4.
