not really, it stays pretty clean and shiny. your hand doesn't really touch much of the stainless steel.

@xSTINKYxFROMAGEx i just picked one up that day i got the black one i like it much better lol. But hey does your gun tend to lose its powers as u keep shooting it like significantly

no mine does not, make sure you are filling the gas straight up. also the cold weather may be causing the gas to compress, or a leak. the guys at airsoft arms should be able to solve the problem if it is not one of those.
