Yes, there were laws back then, the indian laws, not the white men's law, this was their land and your ancestors took it from them by force. So yes, your ancestors were illegals/undocumented and they became criminals when they killed the indians and used violence against them. I'm not an Indian nor am i a mestizo but that's what happened back then.

I said working hard to support your family is not a crime which means you will bust your ass working like a dog honestly, and not killing people to support your family, killing is no job. I'd say 99% of immigrants desire to get legal status.
-
your ancestors were undocumented immigrants - actually, they werent. There were no laws governing immigration then, hence no documents and it was not possible to be undocumented/illegal. The law is not always fair - Agreed, but its still the law & individuals dont get to decide which laws they wish to abide by. doushbag The correct spelling is douchebag. Insults tend to be more impactful when your spelling is correct.

not a crime to overstay your I-94 or visa Actually it is a crime because it violates immigrations LAWs. crime is to steal & kill other people Yes, these are crimes, but of greater magnitude. Working hard to support your family is not a crime. What if Im an assassin, still not a crime because Im supporting my family? immigrants who are trying to get legal status Being an immigrant doesnt automatically mean youre trying to achieve legal status, many have no desire to be legal.

It's not a crime to overstay your I-94 or visa, a crime is to steal and kill other people. Working hard to support your family is not a crime. The word immigrant says it all, immigrants who are trying to get legal status, your ancestors were undocumented immigrants way back in the day. The law is not always fair, If you think working hard to support your family is a crime than you're a doushbag.

By definition, undocumented immigrants are indeed criminals. There is no way to become "undocumented" without having broken a law. Breaking a law makes you guilty of committing a crime, which, by definition, makes you a criminal. Simple as that.

Entering your country illegally gives them the undocumentd name, they're just undocumented!! lol i used to live in your country and i've never met an immigrant who was on stamps and got monetary help with housing, and free health care? wow...you went over the top with that one lol i wish i had free health care when i was there! lol if an undocumented woman give birth to an american child then her american child can get all these benefits you're talking about, but not her.

You may not agree with my "theory" bud, but I live here & the various offices set up in our little communities to give them food stamps, give them monetary help with housing, give them free health care exist believe me! Its not just theory, its fact! And we get none of that extra help because we DO work & are not qualified to get it. Yes some work hard & some may even pay taxes. The majority around here do NOT! Entering our country illegally gives them the criminal name, its ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why are Illegal Immigrants called "illegal"? There is nothing wrong with legal immigration, but everything wrong with illegal immigration and granting amnesty to those who break the laws. This bill is stunning in its stupidity. What the hell are the Democrats thinking? Oh, I know - future voters.
Just a continuation of the Democrat Party tradition of buying votes through government handouts. Pitiful.
