Yes, there were laws back then, the indian laws, not the white men's law, this was their land and your ancestors took it from them by force. By definition, undocumented immigrants are indeed criminals. There is no way to become "undocumented" without having broken a law. Breaking a law makes you guilty of committing a crime, which, by definition, makes you a criminal. Simple as that.

You may not agree with my "theory" bud, but I live here & the various offices set up in our little communities to give them food stamps, give them monetary help with housing, give them free health care exist believe me! Its not just theory, its fact! And we get none of that extra help because we DO work & are not qualified to get it. Yes some work hard & some may even pay taxes. The majority around here do NOT! Entering our country illegally gives them the criminal name, its ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
