@GetUpAndTryAgain Oh he's hurting all right. But, like always, he stays supremely relaxed.
So relaxed that you can't really even tell his kick is kick. He's flying, but the straining and tension just aren't there.
One of the reasons why he's the best!

watching this video over and over and looking at el g's face makes me wonder if there is a point where you can be so durable that a 3:50 mile isnt that painful, and it all comes down to nothing but leg speed.
