Talking about "The Next Trendy Place"

I talk about how people (in the white community) move from place to place just because it becomes trendier or they are sick of where they lived previously. Think FL with all the floods of white transplants and then when it got bad there, many left to go to Tennessee and NC.. Hipsters are notorious for doing this kind of thing as well when it comes from going from Brooklyn to Portland or wherever else they hear is the "next hot spot", but also the baby boomers who were more "well to do" ended up doing it as well.

@musicIuvr I haven't been, but heard a lot about it. I'd say if your a country singer, slim to no chance of being big. Citywise, its probably pretty good, just don't go into gangland. I saw a documentary of mexican gangs there and just heard it wasn't kosher in some places. I would want to experience Nashville honestly if it was the classic country halls I was going to, NOT the new crap thats played in Anytown USA these days.
