the other one is the original. they had to change the lyrics and music for the one they put in the movie. personally I like the other version much better.

the boys of switchfoot released this song on an ep for christmas...sorry to the folks that didnt get it...lol, guys its on the best yet cd...dont freak out. you can get the song. lol

This is the version of This is Home that's on the end credits of Prince Caspian. As far as I know, you can't legally get it anywhere. Otherwise I would have it.

Ahh, Thanks. There are just so many versions of This Is Home. From Radio Edit, to album version. Sooo many.
I have the DVD so I'll just listen to it using that.

You can usually find this version on youtube version if you searched "This Is Home credits version" or something.
