Hi!
I was wondering if you could help me?
I laid down my midi tracks first.
set my tempo markers using control i
but I need the measures to match up with the new tempo.
I am trying to record the midi files with real instruments and the performers need a proper score to read from.
Are there things that I need to click off to change the tempo without affecting the file. Currently I want the measures to be 4/4. but my tempo for 4/4 is about 2.5 measures instead of 1 measure.
Help :z

@noe And, what do you mean by "cause they keep telling me is a demo use only"? I don't understand this. Sorry! More on the amp though, if you have an electric guitar and don't have Guitar Rig or something you'll want an amp, and I sure hope you have one or else I don't know how you're playing it! :P An interface simply interprets audio and turns it into data, so it's not gonna make your guitar louder, so if you want to use an electric guitar and just it, you'll want an amp or amp emulator.

@princenoe1 Protools LE, people say is totally different from Protools. No Protools certified engineer or producer would want LE or SE, they're LITE versions of Protools, they don't have as many features, but they're still Protools. I think they only say that because they know the full thing. It most likely doesn't work exactly like it, but it should work similar since it is Protools and by Avid. You shouldn't need an amp, you should be able to plug your guitar in and use a virtual one.

@Songwriter4God My bad man wrong question lol but my friend told me I need an amplifier to make it work but does it come in handy? cause they keep telling me is a demo use only.. But I want to know does it matter? And work just like protools?

@Vernhicular It seems pretty clear to me, but I have some experience recording. This guy is pretty bad at explaining it though and has a worse voice than the guy on the CBS news...

@kingforlifejuelz if it's XLR or 1/4 inch. Not phantom power though, need a preamp or something with phantom power.
