the senses like i have on my page

  • Thx!

  • Video is very impressive. It is very interesting and educational. It gives us the essence of yoga in our life.

  • Well presented, Thanks!

  • @roidroid, There are a variety of things, such as breathing exercises, acupuncture, mind/body connection, that would have been considered hooey a few decades ago by allopathic medicine, but are accepted now. I'm not saying everything in this video is necesarrily true, but i don't think it's correct to say that everything from "alternative medicine" that may be a truth or beneficial is already accepted as valid treatments.

  • Thanks for posting this presentation. It's good to know the current medical and scientific research into yoga practice.

  • This talk contains an embarassingly large amount of religious hooey.

@1:09:36 I have a magic rock that keeps away tigers. Tests of the magic rock's supposed ability give inconsistent results but I just think we don't have enough volume of data to make any kindof conclusions from it yet.

You know what they call Alternative Medicine that's been proved to work? "Medicine".

Physical exercise and slow breathing exercises already exist as valid treatments.

  • Is your dissertation for public viewing learning as well? I am a Yoga teacher and Acupressurist using theraputic yoga. I am trying to reach those in most need, but only trust western study not ancient years of practice :)

  • Wrote my dissertaion on the utilization of yoga for cognitive, emotional and spiritual well being. Thoroughly enjoyed presentation.

  • guys, please deinterlace you videos! ;)
