i can only imagine the huge physique and the kind of power the man who carried this sword in only 1 hand and fought his enemy would have......and i dont feel that there is anything wrong with the preservation methods....this khanda is put 2 display in open so that people can touch it while they can......and it is put to display in this way probably just 1c a year......otherwise this khanda is preserved in a controlled and monitored state....

@91jaggajatt I agree, there are so many great historical monuments and artifacts and Indians cant preserve them properly, we need western archeologists to go and show them how to preserve and restore monuments and artifacts.

@gaggy2000 this is the smaller khanda soorma baba deep singh used to carrylike a backup he also carried nearly all the shaster u see guns etc in kamar kassa the 1 u on abt is at akal takhat sahib

thats not a real khanda .....darshan of real khanda can be done at akal takht sahib at 5pm everyday.....wjkk wjkf

@singhguvi in india they have zero conservation knowledge, the cleaning chemicals they use on ancient weapons i wouldn't use on my toilet

if it is not the real khanda then where can we have darshans of the real khanda of dhan dhan baba deep singh ji ??? i want to do darshan of the real khanda, next time i visit sri amritsar sahib.. so please guide me on where to find it and have darshan ?

naaa babadeep singh jis khanda is sarbloh and has the mool mantar written on it. much longer wider and heavier and the handle and the blade is to shiny
