this tuttorial isn't really a good one... but still muai thai attacks (specially kicks) are supposed to be used for a sure attack while at the same time they produce really heavy damage... they're not supposed to inflict pain but crush the enemy

    WHAT?!

Your foot needs to rotate when you're doing a roundhouse, and keeping your heel on the ground only works against that.

    But hey, different styles.

Depends on the type of kick. Generally speaking, a flat foot is no problem -- provided that you are still able to use it to generate power. The angle of where your toes are pointing is the most important thing.

Safe distance? He lowered his guard at many kinds of distances. It's not only about distance, its about timing. Being at the right distance at the right time.

Great film. Fall in love with Youtube for this sort of information!!!

My good friend used to be bullied. He said he was about to grow muscle and strength. I chuckled... Until he added 40 pounds of full-strength muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - look for it in Google. Nobody dares to bully him now. :-) I actually signed up the other day. See what the results are. Plus the mans emails are fucking fascinating!

Yeah but anderson would lower is gaurd when he was in a safe distance. He was professional boxer so he knew the distance of his opponents punching range. You should never lower gaurd, especially if you are fighting a very good boxer
