Ummm... the problems we face in the city nowadays are due to the fact that the Government of the 40's 50's and 60's decided that cars were the only way forward, so they ripped up all the tram tracks and neglected to start work on a metro system, a rail system that would transport people between the two, non-connecting rail lines in the city, and a bus service that actually works.


Theres been some progress mate, but as the vid says, we're not there yet... Where did Michael Moore come into this?
