Varying the speed/heights of the throws are exactly what you don't want to do in a normal cascade. No clue what this guy is talking about (or am I missing something here?).

1:47 Narrator: "To keep 9 balls moving separately, Anthony has to vary the speed as well as the height of each throw"....uh NOOOO HE DOESN'T. IN FACT if he DOES vary the speed and height of each throw, it becomes much more confusing and difficult than the regular basic 9 ball cascade.
