This video was taken during international pastoralist conference at Huddett, in Western Gharri Region, Southern Ethiopia. Also, it shows that the Gharri young boys are assumes responsibility at much younger age. As you see, these two young boys are responsible for taking care of their family camels.

they are Gharri. that means they are Digil,Rahanweyn Clan of Somalis. So they are expected to have cultural same as other somalis. Gharri have 3 languages depending on their regions. in kenya/ethiopia they speak Gharrri Oromo. in Somalia they speak their native language. Af-Gharri and Af-Dabare another native language spoken by the Dabare who are a sub branch of Garre(Gharri).
Gabbra who are Borana Oromos have Somali-Rendille Camels to and they are oromos.
