  • @samsurai oh i am samurai. what about you? afu ni kun rai?

  • @Suckto1 India have always eye Nepal. They have always tried to make Nepal as part of India. During Mahabharata war, the Indians encroached into the Himalayas and took many Nepal territory. Kirat armies led by King Yalamber and King Bhagadatta fought back the invaders but eventually lose the ground because the Indians were too large in numbers. I do not know about other Nepalese but Kiratis are ready to sacrifice their lives again for the protection of Nepal from Indian invasion.

  • @Suckto1,

Lord Buddha was born in Nepal over 2500+ years ago. He came to Kathmandu valley during King Jitedasti. King Jitedasti was a 7th King from Kirat dynasty. And yeah Indian King Ashoka never ruled Nepal because Kirat at that time were very strong. Kirat only succumbed to Licchavis in around 330AD during King Gasti who was 29th Kirat King. The Licchavis arrived from northern India and defeated the Kirat. It was the Licchavis who brought Brahmanical religion into Nepal.

    hope this help
