Ok, here's a great song I keep hearing on the radio by Josh Thompson. I just recorded a Keith Urban song, I'm In, since it's so hot outside today. We're hanging indoors, it's about 99 degrees. Anyway, this song by Josh Thompson is called, Way Out Here. I've included the chords below so you can learn the song if you want to. When I have some time I'll record some others that I like. I'm into all kinds of music, but country just has such real truthful raw emotion. So, check it out and comment since you're here. This is first take stuff with no effects, recorded with a Flipcam, so go easy on me now. ;)

Intro: D G....D G

(Verse 1) D G
Our houses are protected by the good Lord and a gun D G
And you might meet 'em both if you show up here not welcome son D G
Our necks are burnt, the roads are dirt and our trucks ain't clean D G
The dogs run loose, we smoke, we chew and fry everything D G
Out Here, Way out here

(Chorus)

D G
We won't take a dime if we ain't earned it D G
When it comes to weight, brother we pull our own D G
If it's all backwoods where you live and you're concerned with A
Well you can leave us alone Bm A G
Just worry about John Wayne, Johnny Cash and John Deere D G
Way out here

(Verse 2) D G

We've got a fighting side a mile wide but we pray for peace D G
Cause it's mostly us that end up serving over seas D G
Hell if it was up to me I'd love to see this Country run D G
Like it used to be, like it ought to be and just like it's done D G
Out here, way out here

(Chorus) D G

'Cause we won't take a dime if we ain't earned it D G
When it comes to weight, brother we pull our own D G
If it's all backwoods where you live and you're concerned with A
Well you can leave us alone Bm A G
Just worry about John Wayne, Johnny Cash and John Deere D G
Way out here

(Repeat Chorus) D G
Our houses are protected by the good Lord and a gun D G
And you might meet 'em both if you show up here not welcome son
