be sure that your diet is rich in Vitamins A, B-Complex, C, D, E and iron, calcium, zinc, sulfur, and fatty acids. for oils you can use Flax seed oil, Vitamin E, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil hydrating qualities such as almond extracts, shea butter, seaweed and other plant extracts. Anti-oxidant qualities, such as aloe vera and green and white tea. =)

you have to be patient with your nails and be strong !! do not touch them until they grow and most important apply a nailpolish that would help with the lenght and strenght xoxo !!!

eat your vegetables and drink lots of water.. also you should apply lotion at night to keep your nails from drying :)

leave your nails alone, meaning dont bite or peel.
wear nail polish so you can peel the nail polish and not yur nails.
and moving your hands and keep in a warm place and make your nails grow a lot faster.

Answer: Olive oil before bed every night. Also, I take a calcium powder milk supplement three times a day. I has done wonders for me. I used to bite my nails since I was a child. This has made them strong and made them grow within a month!

Dont bite nails. Always carry a nail file to get rid or ragged edges, drink plenty of water. Moisturize hands daily with oil either castor or olive oil massage nails when moisturizing hands,Keep nails filed in a square shape.Never use you nails to open anything put a can or bottle opener in your purse to open that soda or juice can.

Drink lots of water and take daily vitamin supplements like biotin and vitamin E that aid in strong, healthy hair and nails. Don't overexpose nails to too much water. Treat your nails like you would your hair; clean under them daily, keep them trimmed and treated. Be sure to treat your cuticles with oil an a routinely basis and keep the hands well moisturized. If you'd like, you can exfoliate the hands and cuticles with a home-made exfoliant (oil of your choice mixed with coarse sea salt).

take vitamins! especially calcium! and make sure to get your protein! your hair and skin will love you for it too. when you can see through your nails, you know you're not gettin the nutrients your body craves! :)
