Grooving on my vintage drums

Grooving on my vintage Ludwig drums. The bass drum is hard to hear, sorry about that.
this was recorded in new Jersey at my old rehearsal room in 2008 shortly before I moved to California.
The drums are 1966 Ludwig Downbeat all maple shells 12"x8" tom 14"x14" floor tom 20"x14" bass drum and a 14"x5" Birch snare. the cymbals are all Zildjian 14'" K-Light Hi-hats, 20" Constantinople ride medium low, 20" Constantinople ride medium high, 20" K-Custom dark flat ride. I play Vater sugar maple cymbal sticks with teardrop tip. Remo Ambassador coated on top of tom's and snare and clear on bottom, coated powerstroke3 on kick with Evans EQ pad inside the drum.

you can go as fast as you want, but nothing feels better than grooving. when you hit that state where you just play with yours eyes closed and play what your soul is feeling theres no better sensation in the world, you lose all cares in the world and just lose yourself in drums
