@rydan2002 -You are right about the record company not promoting the EW and MH solo lp as they should have. If you look into it when INXS made the EW lp they changed management and went with a new label -although INXS did much promoting they should have been backed by the new label more. Don't forget Michael's personal life was in a negative light in press reviews because of the Paula Yates affair back then. I do not believe there was any promotion for Michael's solo lp.

@duranasty I agree... it is very sad to see him omitted from many lists online! He was one of the greatest frontman, vocalist & writers of our time... and so under-rated it is sickining at times... he should have a star on the HW walk of fame and be inducted along with INXS (original members only) into the Rock & Roll hall of fame -anything less is unacceptable!

I like this song... surprised it was not released as a single although his solo cd was not promoted much probably because MH put up the funding himself. I must admit some of these songs (as well as the EW cd) are painful to listen to. Any long time fan who is fimialr with INXS/Michael's music can tell by the words that he was in lots of mental pain... so sad but his music is still brilliant! RIP Michael... Michael Hutchence Rocks On!

@rydan2002 elegantly wasted was an awesome album,the solo album showed michael's spirit as oppossed to makin an inxs album.its so wrong that such a great man is rarely mentioned yet credited with what he was due.

one of the most charismatic frontmen ever. i admire his singing ability all the more because of how much he developed over the years - if you listen to early inxs records and fast forward to, say, the songs on his eponymously titled solo album, the change/improvement is spellbinding. last, but certainly not least, his writing talent was sheer poetry. michael, you're truly missed, mate. thanks for sharing this with us. x
