WineHappy.com is proud to announce the launch of "Wine vs. Food", an exciting show that explores Hong Kong
through local food and wine pairings. Think tasty chicken feet with a glass of savory Merlot or BBQ pork over rice
with a nice spicy Shiraz!

Wine vs. Food's first episode features an adventure through Hong Kong's dai pai dong (street food market) culture by traveling on location to Fotan's world famous street food market, and challenging two wine merchants to compete in pairing Napa Valley Wines with local delicacies.

Under the backdrop of an increase in Chinese wine consumption and interest in Chinese foods abroad, Wine vs. Food aims to innovate new paradigms on approaching wine-food pairings and adventure seeking. At the heart of the
program is our fundamental belief that the best way to get to know a culture is to travel on location, try some local
delights, and to meet new friends one "Ganbei" (bottoms up) at a time.
