Grand Theft Auto Vice City - Malibu Club Glitch

Do exactly what I do. Sometimes you can jump out onto the street - most of the visuals except for the stuff directly outside the Malibu is not there - but the actual models, collision detection, etc of the entire city is still there. It's fun driving around in nothingness.
