Well, yeah... you know I agree with you guys. As far as the law, profit has nothing to do with it, but generally it is nice of companies to be a little more forgiving of fanfilms, like the star wars folks are. As far as this particular video, this is fair use as a parody... even the christian bale audio. Good luck in the future
