Comes with the practice. Terrible accent you may hear in media mostly is being faked, or belongs to the person who just starting to talk on english

I don't speak russian but you never speak a foreign language better than your native language

anyone from russia or any other foreign country would pick up the american accent if they had been living there for 15 out of 22 years that to me is pretty obvious it would happen how do you keep an accent if you live in america for 2 thirds of your life lol but she can speak the language fluently and is very proud to be russian which is all any other russian fan could ask for. go masha!
